We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You’ll delight customers with our simple system, so they keep coming back.

Our guaranteed minimum is $15.00 per hour paid weekly. Our training pay is $14.00 per hour for the first 5-6 days of training. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car and demonstrate leadership skills YOU COULD EARN $17 to $24 PER HOUR!

Benefits & Pay
The guaranteed minimum pay for this job is $15 per hour. Your quality of work and your speed as a professional house cleaner will give you an opportunity to improve this rate. Direct deposit is available into a valid checking or savings account.
Earn paid time off of up to 6 days per year after your first year of service. After 3 years of service, earn up to 10 days per year of paid time off.

- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make customers feel like you care about their home and you’ll win here.
If you become a Team Leader (driving our vehicle):
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
- Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
- Manage the Day - You will be responsible for the quality of the work inside the homes and managing your partners.

Job Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5pm and sometimes past 6pm.
- Must be able to communicate with clients.
