Professional House Cleaner / Team Leader

MOLLY MAID professional home cleaning service is looking for a positive, energetic and detail minded individual who LOVES to clean! This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Enjoy a schedule free of nights and weekends along with top industry pay and paid vacations! Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary - full training is provided.

Teams meet each morning at our office, located in Metamora, MI. From there, you will drive our company car from home to home, throughout Lapeer County and North Oakland Counties. All cleaning equipment is supplied and homes are cleaned as a team, to our high quality standards. For your safety, you will never clean alone.

Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring each client is highly satisfied, every time. Additional leadership include managing the team, administrative paperwork, and superb customer service.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to our office, clear background check and High School Diploma or GED are mandatory. All candidates must be available Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Benefits & Pay :

The pay range for this job is $14.00 to $20.00 an hour, dependent on the quality of the work you do and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.
