Position Summary

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented House Cleaning Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with potential clients to assess their home cleaning needs, provide customized service estimates, and help bring new clients into our care. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and driven to deliver 5-star service from the very first interaction.


Key Responsibilities

-Meet with prospective clients at their homes to evaluate cleaning needs

-Provide accurate, transparent estimates based on home size, condition, and scope of services

-Educate clients on available service packages and company standards

-Communicate clearly and professionally to build trust and close sales

-Maintain accurate records and follow-up on leads in a timely manner

-Collaborate with the office and cleaning team to ensure a smooth transition from estimate to service

-Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm


Qualifications

-Prior customer service, sales, or estimating experience preferred (cleaning industry experience is a plus!)

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers

-Tech-savvy (iPad or mobile estimate software experience a plus)

-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

-Professional appearance and a passion for helping others


Pay-

-This is a strictly commission based position and your pay is solely based upon your ability to close sales.

-There are monthly bonus opportunities.
