Job description
As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Molly Maid on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and schedules, Exemplifying our code of values, show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are ready to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and effectively manage various situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule requested services
- Perform administrative functions, including data entry, payment processing, and ...
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email
- Prepare accurate reports
- Seek to develop the process continuously
Job Requirements:
- Minimum two years of related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
- Positive Attitude.
- A team player who can work independently.
- Experience in Sales is a huge plus.
