Prior customer service, office or cleaning experience preferred but not required!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Grow and retain customers – Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers. Do this, and we’ll celebrate milestones as a team and have fun in the process!

• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you’ll win.

· Customer Satisfaction - Identify and assess customer needs through managing phone, email and other communication channels. Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Complete a background check 
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or later
• Must be fluent in English, bilingual English/Spanish preferred
