Benefits & Pay:

Earn $16–$20 per hour, with starting pay based on your experience

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers via phone and email
  • Follow the Molly Maid procedures
  • Help schedule cleaning appointments and manage daily routes
  • Support the field team with communication and coordination
  • Keep things organized in the office and contribute to a smooth workflow
  • Work as part of a team and pitch in where needed—this may occasionally include assisting our Home Service Professionals with cleans

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
  • You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm


What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, dependable team player with strong communication skills
  • Someone comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • Prior customer service, office, or cleaning experience is a plus—but not required
  • Someone willing to learn and execute the Franchise systems
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Someone who demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required


Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly. EARN EVEN MORE with our attractive incentives!
