What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism, care, and urgency
  • Assist with scheduling and following up on warm, qualified leads using approved scripts
  • Perform phone and occasional in-home estimates using company pricing and processes
  • Support the Office Manager with day-to-day office tasks, including supply tracking and fleet coordination
  • Assist in launching cleaning teams each morning with assignments, customer notes, directions, and supplies
  • Transport supplies or equipment to cleaning teams as needed
  • Log all customer interactions, estimates, and team activities in the company system and metric sheet by the end of the day
  • Help maintain team morale and positive relationships among staff and customers


The Basics (Before You Apply)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (full-time, consistent schedule)
  • Weekend Work: Rare emergencies only; voluntary
  • Pay: $15–$17/hour (overtime paid according to Virginia and federal law if needed)
  • PTO: 5 days per year, earned after 1 year of employment
  • Requirements: Background check, clean driving record (MVR), legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • At-Will Employment: Either you or the company may end employment at any time, with or without cause or notice
